One Direction Announce Premiere Date Of 'Best Song Ever' Music Video

The boys will also be unveiling teasers of the promo in the run up to next week's first play.

One Direction have announced the premiere date for their new video for 'Best Song Ever'.

The group's new single is released this weekend and the boys are billing this week as "the best week ever" with plans to unveil teasers from the promo every day until the release.

A sample of the song was used in the full trailer to their upcoming movie This Is Us and is the first to be taken from their third studio album.

The video will go live at 6.10pm GMT on Monday 23^rd July and the group want to smash the most views in 24 hours record.

Meanwhile, bandmate Harry Styles is said to be working with Snow Patrol lead singer Gary Lightbody

The band called the singer a "real dude" as they admitted they weren't sure if their tracks would make the cut for the new album.
