The 'Heart Skips A Beat' singer is heading to the US to continue touring with the band.
Olly Murs has thanked One Direction for inviting him on tour with them in America, and says he is "loving" the country-wide jaunt so far.
The 'Dance With Me Tonight' singer joined the 'What Makes You Beautiful' singers earlier this week in Toronto as their support act, and has hailed the band's fans for being so welcoming.
"Top shows fells! @Harry_Styles @Real_Liam_Payne @NiallOfficial @Louis_Tomlinson & @zaynmalik thanks for having me on tour TOUR! Loving it!," Olly tweeted to the 'One Thing' singers last night after their Canada performance.
"@ollyofficial no problem olly bro!" One Directon's Niall Horan later replied. "Our fans love u dude! back to the US! Detroit tomorrow, gone be fun dude."
The 'Heart Skips A Beat' singer also thanked One Direction's fan base for being "awesome" during his first two shows on tour with the band.
He posted: "TORONTO!! Thanks for an amazing 2 shows!! @onedirection fans are awesome!! Singing my songs etc!! Bring on DETROIT…
Yesterday (31st May) Olly revealed a special backstage performance video to his fans which showed him playing an acoustic version of 'Heart Skips A Beat' alongside One Direction star Niall.
Olly Murs has been confirmed for this year's iTunes Festival and will perform a headline show at the Roundhouse in Camden on 3rd September.
One Direction and Olly Murs are heading back to the US today ready for a performance at the Fox Theatre in Detroit, Michigan tonight (1st June).
