The Formula One star won his first race with his Mercedes team and was emotional talking about his ex-girlfriend.
Lewis Hamilton was seen fighting back the tears in a post-race interview following his first win for Mercedes at the Hungarian Grand Prix yesterday (29th July).
The sporting ace dedicated his win to former girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger and spoke about the emotional rollercoaster he has endured over the past few weeks since news of the split broke.
"The thought on my mind through the whole race was of someone who is special to me and I wanted to dedicate it to her," he said.
When asked by Sky Sports if he meant Nicole, he nodded.
Lewis continued: "It's been the toughest couple of months of my life. To come here, after a real downer for the last few weeks, I just wasn't expecting it [victory]. I'm so proud of the team and grateful for all the hard work, and for Ross [Brawn] for giving me the opportunity to be part of the team."

"Today was just a different feeling. Over the weekend my mind has just been in a different place. There are lots of personal reasons why it is different this time."
Lewis was also recently vocal on his Twitter account when he spoke about his sadness at the couple's break-up.
The pair had dated for five years before calling time on their relationship last month.
