Nicki Minaj Promises 'Starships' Music Video This Week – Video

The 'Fly' rapper tells Capitalfm.com that the promo is "officially done" following a slight change she wanted to make.

Nicki Minaj has confessed that fans will be able to see the highly anticipated music video to her latest single 'Starships' this week.

Speaking to Capitalfm.com at the end of last week, the 'Moment 4 Life' star admitted the delay was caused by herself wanting to change some of the promo's details, however, it is now officially ready to go.

"It's officially done. There was just one tiny little thing I wanted to change, but I know at the beginning of next week you guys will see it," she said. "It may be too saucy for TV."

The rapper-singer was first pictured on the set of the video last month when a series of shots were leaked showing a bikini-clad Nicki rolling around in the sand sporting a bright green wig.

Meanwhile, the star recently opened up to Capital about her decision to quit Twitter as she explained she needed "some time" to herself.
