The 'Moves Like Jagger' star admits he is still yet to see the show which he is set to star in out of fear.
Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine has confessed that he is "too scared" to watch American Horror Story – despite being set to make his acting debut in the series.
The 'Payphone' star told MTV News that he has a fear of scary films and shows but will try and overcome it before he hits the set.
"I'm still too scared to watch it," he revealed. "But I'm gonna try and beat my fear of really creepy, scary things like that by doing it. I think that's a good way to tackle that fear."
The show's creator Ryan Murphy has also sworn the star to not divulge any information on the character he will be playing, which has so far been billed as one half of "the lovers".
"I can tell you nothing 'cause Ryan Murphy's already yelled at me like six times," he admitted. "Ryan, I'm not going to say anything. Don't worry. He texted me the other day like, 'Shut up, stop talking about it,' 'cause he likes to shroud everything in secrecy."

"Let's say that Adam's character is kind of a nod to contemporary sensibilities, as opposed to something from the mid-century," he confessed.
