The 'Move' four-piece show off their athletic prowess in the sport-themed new video.

Little Mix have unveiled their music video for their brand new single 'Word Up'.

The 'DNA' four-piece are back with a cover of the 1986 Cameo hit which is released this month for charity.

Jesy, Perrie, Jade and Leigh-Anne are seen showing off their fitness skills in exercise classes and the gym as their prove their sporting prowess.

The UK girl band have already released a string of hits singles from their 2013 album 'Salute' including 'Move' and 'Little Me'.

Little Mix will release 'Word Up' as their new single on 16th March.
