The 'Change Your Life' four-pice are hoping their trip ties in with the boy band's US leg of their tour.
Little Mix say they are hoping to meet up with One Direction when they head out stateside later this month to promote their debut album.
The 'Wings' four-piece are preparing to launch their album 'DNA' in America at the end of May, and say they are hopeful their trip will coincide with the 'What Makes You Beautiful' band's tour visit to the US.
Band member Jade Thirlwall said their upcoming visit to America is the perfect opportunity for Little Mix star Perrie Edward and her boyfriend Zayn Malik from One Direction to spend more time together.
"Perrie can meet up with Zayn, although I'm not sure where they will be as they're so busy," Jade told The Metro this week. "Fingers crossed we'll be able to meet up".
The 'Change Your Life' singer also recalled an embarrassing incident during their last visit to the US when she was forced to go home after being turned away from a bar.
"Me and Leigh-Anne [Pinnock], we like to party," Jade explained. "But when we went to America last time it was so embarrassing.
"We only went into this little bar in the hotel and I got ID'd and I was absolutely mortified," she added. "I had to go home, it was like I was 14 again!"
