The 'You & I' star says she feels "a bit nervous" about showing off her new work to her fans.
Lady Gaga has unveiled the first pictures from her advertising campaign for new fragrance Fame.
The 'Marry The Night' star announced the surprise news on Twitter last night before posting the never before seen artwork, shot by photographer Steven Klein, on her newly launched social networking website LittleMonsters.com.
"So last minute surprise! In a few hrs were going to debut FAME, the fragrance campaign ad shot by STEVEL KLEIN," Lady Gaga tweeted yesterday (16th July). "TO BE CLEAR, I'm not posting the commercial. JUST the print image.
"I won't lie I"m a bit nervous," she then explained. "It's been a while since I've shared some work with you. But I'm so proud of Steven+I, we really did not sleep!"
The print advert for Gaga's first fragrance Fame sees the 'Born This Way' singer posing nude against a black background while holding the black eau de parfum, and features a large number of small naked people climbing over the star.

Gaga is currently working on her new album, the follow-up to 2011's 'Born This Way', and has promised a "lack of maturity and sense of responsibility" on the album's sound and lyrics.
The 'You & I' singer arrived in Los Angeles last week after wrapping the Australian leg of her current world tour, and will bring the 'Born This Way Ball' to Europe next month starting with a show in Sofia, Bulgaria (14th August).
Lady Gaga's debut perfume Fame is expected to come in both a standard edition and a deluxe edition called Le Masterpiece.
