The 'Earthquake' star responds to a newspaper's claims that he made comments criticising the music reality show.
Labrinth has hit back at claims in this morning's (3rd May) edition of the Metro newspaper which reported that the 'Let The Sun Shine' made comments against the X Factor series.
The 'Last Time' star took to his Twitter account to offer his thoughts on the story claiming the comments he made are completely false and critisied the publication for their behaviour.
He tweeted: "I've gotta give it to the metro paper for there amazing ability to reconstruct words in controversial bull****..."
"Come on now why would I s*** on my own family," he added.
The singer is signed to Simon Cowell's SyCo label and also makes reference to the music mogul in his hit song 'Earthquake'.
Meanwhile, the singer is preparing to unveil the music video to his new single 'Express Yourself' and has been touring the country with Canadian rapper Drake on his UK tour.
