The 'Firework' singer has announced a new stripped down recording of her recent single from second album 'Teenage Dream'.
Katy Perry has released a special acoustic version of her latest single 'The One That Got Away'.
The 'Teenage Dream' singer announce the surprise release on Twitter yesterday (16th January).
"Special surprise 4U on iTunes!" Katy teased. "The amazing Jon Brion & I put a little ACOUSTIC spin on #the1thatgotaway. Hope you like!"
The 'E.T.' singer was pictured last week for the first time since news broke of her impending divorce from husband Russell Brand sporting a new blue hairdo.
Katy Perry won a total of five awards, including Favourite Female Artist and Favourite Song, at the People's Choice Awards on 11th January.
