Katy Perry's New Song 'Roar' Hailed As "Perfection" By Fans After First Play On Capital

The 'Teenage Dream' singer's brand new song has received rave reviews from fans across Twitter.

Katy Perry's brand new song 'Roar' has been hailed as "perfection" and "her best work yet" by fans fresh from its first play on Capital FM this morning (11th August).

The 'Part Of Me' singer personally introduced the new single this morning for it's first play in the UK and fans have been taking to Twitter all morning to praise the brand new track.

"I have never been happier with a KP song in all my life, it's her best work yet!" @WeGotThePeat tweeted soon after the first play. "This is the song of the year! It's going to SLAY! This is so her A game :D beyond happy.

"Loving @KatyPerry new song roar this is perfection," @HeatherDarragh posted while @hhhhhholly wrote: "IT'S SO PERFECT AND AMAZING #1 FOR SURE."

Twitter use @CaludiaCabeYO97 revealing she was left "crying" after hearing 'Roar' for the first time, while @KatyPVenezuela simply posted: "@KatyPerry is back. The new era #ROAR #CapitalOfficial."

'Roar' is the lead single from Katy's upcoming third studio album 'Prism', which is currently set for release on 22nd October.

While introducing the song for the very first time this morning Katy revealed the message of 'Roar' is to help people learn to stand up for themselves.

Katy Perry will release new single 'Roar' on 8th September.
