Katy Perry Praises Madonna And Downton Abbey During Golden Globes 2012

The 'I Kissed A Girl' star took to her Twitter account during the ceremony to offer her thoughts on the Queen of pop and UK show.
Katy Perry announced that she was pleased for UK TV drama Downton Abbey following the shows success at the Golden Globes 2012 last night (15th January).
The 'California Gurls' star was logged onto her Twitter account during the ceremony to express her opinions on the event.
"Yes Downton Abbey! Right on, imo," she tweeted after the show won the prize for Best Television Miniseries.
She also posted: "Madge looks goooooood," in reference to Madonna's appearance at the ceremony in Hollywood.
Meanwhile, Katy was the big winner at the People's Choice Awards 2012 after she picked up five awards at the event.
The singer neglected to appear at the ceremony following the news of her upcoming divorce to comedian Russell Brand.
