The 'Mirrors' singer and the rest of 'N Sync gave a surprise performance at the awards show this week.
Justin Timberlake was joined by his former bandmates in 'N Sync last night (25th August) at the MTV Video Music Awards 2013 for a surprise one-off performance to celebrate his accomplishments.
The 'Suit & Tie' singer was honoured with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the ceremony at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Sunday evening, just moments after he and 'N Sync performed together for the first time in almost a decade.
Justin kicked off his performance by leading the audience through a medley of his solo career hits like 'Sexy Back', 'Like I LoveYou' and 'Cry Me A River', before causing the crowd to go wild when his four bandmates appeared on stage dressed in black suits.
Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone joined Justin to power through popular 'N Sync hits like 'Girlfriend' and 'Bye Bye Bye', before Justin finished off with solo performances of his recent hits 'Suit & Tie' and 'Mirrors'.

After finishing his set Justin was presented with the Video Vanguard Award by comedian and good friend Jimmy Fallon, before going on to dedicate the award to his former bandmates.
"I don't deserve the award, but I'm not going to give it back, I'm taking this home," Justin said while collecting the gong. "Half of the moon men I've ever won, I won with those four guys right there.
"I'm going to share this award with them," he added, before later tweeting: "I think I just caught my breath, that was an unforgettable night for me. Thank you forever @MTV."
