The 'Believe' star made the surprise revelation to his millions of Twitter followers.
Justin Bieber said his 19th birthday celebrations were his "worst" as he continued his UK tour over the weekend.
The 'Boyfriend' star tweeted that he had had his "worst birthday" in the early hours of Saturday (2nd March) morning.
It is not clear what caused the star to have such a bad night, but reports have emerged that he and his party were told to leave a London nightclub on Friday.
The 'As Along As You Love Me' singer has been spotted frequently in London in recent weeks as he tours the country on his 'Believe' tour.
Fortunately, Justin appeared to have moved on from his disappointing night just 24 hours later when he took to the stage at a gig in Nottingham.
He wrote: "Nottingham thanks for being there for me to tonight. Love u."
And in another message, he added: "I see and saw all the posts from around the world. U got me smiling. Love u. Thank u. #beliebers."
Justin's UK tour forms part of his 'Believe' world tour.
