The 'Baby' singer admits he started feeling ill five songs into his set on the opening night of his 'Believe' tour.
Justin Bieber has confessed that his recent on-stage vomiting incident occurred after he consumed a meal shortly before the show consisting of spaghetti and milk.
The 'As Long As You Love Me' star was performing his song 'Out Of Town Girl' when he leaned over and threw up before running backstage.
"Basically, in Canada we like to have spaghetti with milk," he told TMZ.
He said that he began to feel the effects of his meal five songs in, lasting a further six before the incident took place.
He admitted: "I don't know if it was such a good idea just before my show but I had a glass of milk before I went on stage and I was feeling it like five songs in."
He added: "Going on stage after that was not a good idea but it was great, the show still went smoothly after that. I went back out there and finished it and gave them a great show."
He was also seen to have left the stage temporarily during 'Beauty And A Beat'.
"It's hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people," he said on stage. "Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage?"
Meanwhile, Justin continued the 'Believe' world tour at the Staples Center in Los Angeles last night (2nd October) and will perform another date at the arena this evening.
The tour will head across to Europe and the UK in early 2013.
