JLS' Oritse Williams Shows Off His Muscles After Exercise Regime

The 'One Shot' singer has treated fans to a topless picture of himself after working hard in the gym.

JLS star Oritse Williams posted a brand new picture showing off his newly buffed up physique.

The 'She Makes Me Wanna' singer uploaded the snap on Twitter yesterday after spending the past few months working hard to get in shape for the band's '4th Dimension' UK tour.

So it's taken me 9months clean diet&training, I promised a photo. Here it is: I feel amazing! X Ori x," the 'Take A Chance On Me' singer tweeted last night (28th March).

'Proud' singer Oritse recently revealed details about his strict diet and exercise regime, which includes both Bikram yoga and martial arts.

JLS are due to continue their '4th Dimension' UK arena tour with a performance at the Manchester Arena on Friday night (30th March).
