The band have been celebrating five years as a group since they rose to fame on the ITV show.
JLS have posted messages of celebration on Twitter this week to mark five years together as a band.
The 'She Makes Me Wanna' four-piece posted updates yesterday (15th August) to mark the first time they auditioned for The X Factor UK back in 2008.
Marvin Humes, Oritse Williams, Aston Merrygold and JB Gill then thanked fans for getting the hashtag #5YearsOfJLS to trend on Twitter.
"Just seeing how much love you guys have for your boys," Capital FM presenter Marvin tweeted. "5 years ago today was when you first ever saw us! Words can't describe the love.
"You've made all our dreams come true and thank you for the memories that will stay with me forever," he added. "#5YearsOfJLS what a journey, what great times we've had.
"Let's make sure the next 4 months are bigger & better than everything! Love you guys," Marvin added.
"Love to my brothers @AStonMerrygold @MarvinHumes @JBGill for sharing the dream!" Oritse posted, while Aston wrote: "Five years since we jumped on your screens for the first time! It's crazy!"
JLS are set to bow out at the end of 2013 with a farewell tour and compilation this autumn.
Tune in to hear Marvin's show on Capital every Friday and Saturday from 7-10pm.
