JLS have revealed their intense workout regime they have been undertaking in preparation for their '4th Dimension' UK tour which begins this evening (14th March).
The 'Do You Feel What I Feel' stars told The Sun that they have been in the gym for six to eight hours a day and eat nothing but boiled chicken.
Singer JB said: "One of our secrets is we rehearse six to eight hours a day. We do a little routine as well of 100 push ups in different styles and probably about 300 sit ups in all different variations."
Oritse added his thoughts on the strict diet plan the boys are under stating he is less then happy.
"This chicken diet is absolutely doing my head in. I have chicken all day long every single day. Boiled chicken – no sauce, no salt, no seasoning," he confessed.
Meanwhile, the former X Factor stars have told their fans to expect "constant hits" on the jaunt which they have previously described as "The Matrix meets David Blaine".
