The 'Who You Are' singer says her voice illness has left her with husky tones similar to that of the cartoon character.
Jessie J has confessed that she thinks she sounds like Marge Simpson as she continues to battle problems with her voice.
The 'Price Tag' star was forced to cancel some of her Australian dates due to the illness but has since returned to live performing.
Earlier today (11th march) she took to her Twitter account to update her followers on how she is coping and the side effects of the trauma.
She tweeted: "feel SO great apart from sounding like Marge from the simpsons. I wanna give my vocal chords a hug, I may aswell go the whole way abd dye my hair blue and marry a man called Homer :|"
Jessie is currently in Melbourne with Professor Green who is supporting the singer on the jaunt and recently uploaded a picture of herself using a special steam treatment as she looks to protect her voice.
Meanwhile, the star will return to the UK for The Voice UK which premieres later this month.
