The 'Price Tag' star defends her position on the panel following his comments that show was "dull and boring".
Jessie J has responded to Louis Walsh's criticism of The Voice UK and told The X Factor judge to "just be nice".
Last week, Louis, who used to manage Westlife, said The Voice was "dull and boring" and also criticised one of Jessie's fellow mentors, Will.i.am.
Asked about The X Factor judge's comments during an appearance on Capital FM, Jessie joked: "Is that because people are singing really well? He's had loads of albums out and been on tour for ages…not!"
She then added: "I think you should always be respectful of other people who have had success and had a career.
"And yeah, I don't know how I'd feel taking vocal advice from someone who doesn't sing, but Louis Walsh, you're a nice guy. Just keep it nice."
Jessie is among the artists set to perform at Capital FM's Summertime Ball in London on 9th June.
Other acts on the line-up for the event at Wembley Stadium include Justin Bieber, Usher, Katy Perry and Coldplay.
