The 'LaserLight' singer says she's had some "massive meetings" as she looks to raise as much money as possible for the event.
Jessie J has confessed that she still intends to shave her head for charity and has promised that the event will be "bigger than anyone thought it was going to be".
The 'Domino' singer has previously spoken about wanting to shave her head to raise money for a good cause, and revealed this week that plans are starting to come together to make it finally happen.
"I have had some massive meetings, that again are secret, this week," Jessie revealed exclusively to Capitalfm.com this week. "I know that I've been talking about it for months but it's going to happen.
"What I did was I made sure that this wasn't just going to be a little thing that comes and goes," the 'Who You Are' singer explained. "My second album, my tour and the head shave are the three main things at the moment for me.
"I'm very excited to announce, it might not be right now, it might not be soonish, but it's going to be bigger than anyone thought it was going to be and I'm going to try to raise as much money as I can," Jessie added.
Jessie J is currently appearing as a vocal coach on The Voice UK and her team are set to perform at this weekend's show on Saturday 19th May.
The star also responded to comments recently made by X Factor judge Louis Walsh who branded Jessie's show "boring" and "dull", by saying the Irish star should "be nice" and "respectful" at all times.
