The 'Who You Are' star ends Flo Rida's reign at the top of the chart.
Jessie J has gone to number one on the Vodafone Big Top 40 singles chart.
The singer tracked climbed to the top of the countdown, while last week's number one Flo Rida's Good Feeling' featuring Etta James fell to number two.
The two tracks had previously gone head to head last week when 'Domino' climbed an impressive 14 places to number two.
'Domino' is taken from the platinum edition of Jessie J's debut album 'Who You Are', which was originally released at the start of 2011.
Elsewhere on this week's Vodafone Big Top 40, David Guetta's 'Titanium' was a re-entry at number four, while Pixie Lott's 'Kiss The Stars' was a new entry at number five.
THe top ten also includes the past number one, 'Paradise by Coldplay, and the recent new mother, Beyonce with 'Love On Top'.
