Jason Derulo Has "Breakthrough" During Recovery From Neck Injury

The 'It Girl' star says he's able to move his head with girlfriend Jordin Sparks thanking fans for all their prayers.

Jason Derulo is well on the road to recovery following his horrific neck injury at the start of the year which caused him to cancel his worldwide tour.

The 'Fight For You' star has been in a neck brace ever since and supported by his new girlfriend Jordin Sparks along the way – who took to her Twitter account last night (11^th April) to update fans on her boyfriend's progress.

She tweeted: "Yay!! @jasonderulo had a breakthrough with his neck today! Your thoughts & prayers are helping! PTL! :)"

The American star retweeted the message and added: "Yup!I'm able 2 move it a bit."

Last month, the singer admitted he hoped to be out of his neck brace within the next couple of months and recently revealed he was "thankful" for a second chance at life following the accident during rehearsals for his now cancelled jaunt.
