The 'Somebody That I Used To Know' singer-songwriter is celebrating his sixth week at the top of the chart.
Gotye retained his position at the top of the Vodafone Big Top 40 for an impressive sixth week today (18th March) despite strong competition from the likes of Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj.
The Belgian-Australian singer-songwriter's worldwide hit 'Somebody That I Used To Know' has managed another week at number one, while Katy Perry's brand new single 'Part Of Me' entered in second place.
Nicki Minaj's current release 'Starship's stayed steady at number three while Sean Paul entered at four with 'She Doesn't Mind'.
'Earthquake' singer Labrinth's new single 'Last Time' rounded out the top five songs of the week, while JLS' charity release 'Proud' has entered at number eight this weekend.
The Vodafone Big Top 40 airs every Sunday with Rich and Kat between 4-7pm.
