The 'Midnight Run' rapper says he looks at his music career likes businessman and has big plans for the next year.
Example has admitted he wants to move away from writing for other artists to focus instead on his plans for "world domination".
The 'Kickstarts' rapper says his focus for 2012 will be on continuing to establish himself as a successful solo artist, and added that he hopes to headline several festivals in the future.
"I've turned down lots of big American acts and UK girl and boy bands," Example told the Daily Record, regarding his song-writing work. "It doesn't make sense for me to do it because I'm like a rave act.
"I've got plans for global domination. A few years ago I said I wanted to play arenas and everyone laughed. Now I'm doing arenas six months behind Tinie Tempah and a year behind Plan B. I respect them a lot."
The 'Stay Awake' rapper has been confirmed to perform at both Isle of Wight and Snowbombing Festivals in 2012.
Example released his fourth single 'Midnight Run' from 2011 album 'Playing In The Shadows' earlier this week.
