The 'Stay Awake' star says he is "excited" about the work he has done on his fourth record.
Example has revealed that there will be no surprise guest vocalists on his forthcoming new album.
The 'Changed The Way You Kissed Me' rapper took to his Twitter account to explain that he would, however, be fusing guitars with "dirty bass and synths" on the record.
Earlier today (27th January), he wrote: "As per the last album - no featured vocals other than my own on the next album," before tweeting: "I am very excited about Album 4. There are lots of guitars dancing side by side with dirty bass and synths. Yum."
The rapper has been working on the follow up to 'Playing In The Shadows' in Australia for the past six weeks and will fly out to Los Angeles tomorrow to put the finishing touches on the record.
He told Capital FM earlier this month that he expected work on the album to be completed in February.
Meanwhile, the singer also recently revealed that he is yet to record his promised duet with good friend and fellow BRITs 2012 nominee Ed Sheeran.
