The 'Changed The Way You Kiss Me' rapper says his next single will have a heavy rock influence.
Example has revealed his new single has been heavily influenced by rock acts like Coldplay and The Killers and promises fans will "go crazy" for it in the clubs.
The 'Stay Awake' rapper is currently putting the finishing touches to his highly anticipated fourth studio album, and says the record's lead single can be best described as "stadium dance rock".
"Next single sound wise, it's like epic guitars," Example revealed to Capital FM this week. "It's kind of like stadium dance rock.
"[It's] kind of Coldplay, The Killers influenced, U2 influenced," The 'Kickstarts' rapper teased. "I'm not saying I've tried to copy them, I've just been influenced by them."
Despite the potential new direction for his music Example promised the track will still make people want to hear it in the clubs to dance to.
He added: "It's still quite dancey and electronic so hopefully people will still go crazy to it in the clubs."

News of Example's next single comes just weeks after he and Calvin Harris unveiled the action packed music video for their joint single 'We'll Be Coming Back', which sees the two artists involved in a robbery and a high speed car chase.

Example is also expected to release his long awaited collaboration with 'The A Team' singer Ed Sheeran later this year, after the singer promised the track will eventually be released to fans for free.
