Emeli Sande's UK Tour Sells Out Following Debut Album Release

The Scottish singer-songwriter says she "can't wait" to kick off her tour after it sell out ahead of the launch date.

Emeli Sande has revealed that her upcoming tour of the UK has completely sold out.

The 'Heaven' singer is due to perform nine dates across April with shows across Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham and London.

"News just in!! UK tour is 100% SOLD OUT!!!" Emeli tweeted earlier today (5th March). "I can't wait!! So much music to share with you!! :)"

It was recently confirmed that Emeli's debut album 'Our Version Of Events' has already gone platinum in the UK since its release in mid-February.

Last week Coldplay confirmed that Emeli Sande will join Robyn at their support acts on the band's upcoming tour of the US.

Emeli Sande is due to embark on her headline tour at the University of East Anglia on 4th April.
