Emeli Sande Shortlisted For Critics' Choice Award At BRIT Awards 2012

The 'Heaven' singer is in the running against Maverick Sabre and Professor Green.
Emeli Sande has been shortlisted for the Critics' Choice award at next year's BRIT Awards in London.
The 'Read All About It' star, who performed at last weekend's Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball, is in the running for the award alongside Maverick Sabre and Michael Kiwanuka.
The Critics' Choice Award is for new British acts that the critics tip for mainstream success in the forthcoming year.
In previous years it has been awarded to Jessie J (2011) Ellie Goulding (2010), Florence And The Machine (2009) and Adele (2008).
The winner will be announced on 15th December.
Meanwhile, James Corden will host next year's BRIT Awards. It will be the third time the Gavin And Stacey star has hosted the ceremony and second year in a row.
The 2012 BRIT Awards will take place again at the O2 Arena on 21st February.
