The 'I Need Your Love' singer also revealed how her new team-up with Calvin Harris came to be.
Ellie Goulding says she is looking forward to experiencing the "big energy" of the Capital FM Summertime Ball 2013 later today (9th June).
The 'Anything Could Happen' singer also opened up about how her collaboration with Calvin Harris came about, after the two teamed up for Vodafone Big Top 40 hit 'I Need Your Love'.
"Something like this is such big energy and big crowd that I can sort of get lost in it and not have to focus on a single person," Ellie revealed to Capital presenter Marvin Humes, about her pre-show nerves for the Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium today.
Ellie also spoke about her team-up with Calvin Harris on 'I Need Your Love', and says it's a song they've wanted to put out for some time.
"He emailed me a couple of years ago and said do you fancy doing a track," she recalled. "Then we wrote it at his flat in London and recorded it in LA and then again in London and finally it became a track."
