The 'Lego House' singer apologises to his fans and promises new dates in North America very soon.
Ed Sheeran has announced that he won't be able to complete his touring support slot with Snow Patrol in the US due to "personal reasons".
The 'You Need Me, I Don't Need You' star took to his Twitter account to reveal the news and apologised to his fans for the cancellation.
He tweeted: "Sorry to announce that I have to miss the last 4 days of the snow patrol tour, have to get back to england, but il be back in June and sept." Adding: "Hope everyone understands, lots of love x"
The BRIT Award winning star also promised new headline touring shows for later in the year.
"Texas people I will be coming back for headline shows very soon, you'll get more than 30 mins from me I promise :)"
"I'm announcing a full US and Canada headline tour beginning of June, for anyone that's missed out on shows this time round x"
The star has been on the road with the Scottish rockers since March and will be heading back to the UK for Capital FM's Summertime Ball 2012 performing alongside the likes of The Wanted, Pitbull, Flo Rida and Coldplay at Wembley Stadium this June.
