The 'A Team' singer treated the audience to a performance of a completely new song during his set.
Ed Sheeran performed a brand new song last night during his huge solo show at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
The 'Lego House' singer caused the audience to go crazy when he announced he would perform a previously unheard song called 'So In Love' for them during the show.
Ed explained that he wrote the song earlier this year after the Grammy Awards 2013 and dedicated it to the "one person" who made any sense during a hectic time in his life.

"I wrote this song after the Grammys," Ed told the Madison Square Garden crowd before singing the song. "I was in a situation at the Grammys when everything was all kind of happening at once and there was a lot of people around just talking a lot of s**t and I found the only sense coming out of anyone's lips was this one person. And I wrote a song about it."
'So In Love' is the first new song Ed has revealed since starting work on his second studio album, the follow-up to his 2011 debut '+'.
Ed Sheeran is widely believed to be prepping his new album for a release around February 2014.
