The 'Lego House' star says he is looking forward to his upcoming jaunt following impressive opening day sales.
Ed Sheeran has revealed that he sold a total of 78,000 tickets on the first day tickets went on sale for his autumn UK tour.
The 'You Need Me, I Don't Need You' star had to add extra days throughout the day due to popular demand after his initial 13 dates sold out almost immediately.
Taking to his Twitter account earlier today he told his fans that he can't wait for the jaunt to begin.
He tweeted: "Yesterday, we sold 78,000 tickets for my autumn tour! I love that statistic! Bring on the tour!,!!"
Ed also assured fans that he would add extra dates as soon as one venue sold out to cope with the demand for tickets.
The singer also recently released the first new song 'You Don't Know (For F**k Sake)' from his forthcoming EP 'The Slumdon Bridge' which features rapper Yelawolf.
