The singer recorded a rap song for her album that didn't make the final tracklisting.
Cheryl Cole has revealed the will.i.am is in possession of a rap song she originally recorded for her new album 'A Million Lights'.
The 'Call Me Name' singer recorded over 50 songs for her third studio record, and says even though she "loved" recording the rap track it didn't fit in with the rest of the album's songs.
"It's a whole song, I mean, it's full on rap," Cheryl revealed to Muzu.tv this week. "Will.i.am actually has the song, so if you want to listen to it it's him you need to ask. He has it in his possession still.
"It just didn't really fit with the rest of the stuff," the 'Parachute' singer explained. "I mean, it was fun and I loved doing it, and everyone at the studio at the time was into it and loved it.
"It felt new and it was funny and it was exciting, but when it came to the context of the album, and I knew where i wanted to go it didn't quite it."

The 'Promise This' singer went on to joke that her rap offering may have "inspired" will.i.am's future music.
Cheryl is set to embark on her first solo arena tour of the UK later this year starting in Nottingham this October.
