Cheryl Cole Left With "Sweaty Hair" After Beginning UK Tour Rehearsals

The 'Under The Sun' singer is preparing to return to the road this October.

Cheryl Cole said she was left with a "sweaty face" and "sweaty hair" after finishing the first day of rehearsals for her UK arena tour.

The 'Call My Name' singer's first ever arena tour begins in Nottingham on 6th October and will see Cheryl play around the country before concluding with two hometown dates in Newcastle.

Posting a picture of herself travelling home from rehearsals on Twitter, Cheryl said she had enjoyed starting preparations for the tour.

Looking natural in a vest and comfy trousers, Cheryl wrote: "Sweaty hair, sweaty face and sore toe but first day of rehearsals is over!! Phew!! EXCITING!!!"

After revealing the picture, she added: "Lol @ myself in that picture #ohgod !!"

Speaking to Capital FM about her tour earlier this year, Cheryl said her performance at the Summertime Ball had inspired her to get back out on the road again.

"Doing the Summertime Ball just reminded me completely of why I love being out there performing to people," she said.

"Performing to a TV crowd is one thing – but performing to a live audience is where it's at for me – that's what I love."

Cheryl's new single 'Under The Sun' is released this month. The track is taken from her third solo album 'A Million Lights'.
