The 'Fight For This Love' singer says anyone who says they enjoy walking the red carpet is lying.
Cheryl Cole has admitted walking the red carpet at big promotional events is still a "terrifying" experience for her.
The 'Parachute' singer claims that despite her ten years in the industry, she still gets nervous before heading out in front of the cameras.
"Anyone who says that they love red carpets is lying," Cheryl told Stylist magazine this month. "Getting dressed up is the best part. And champagne after the event – that's even better."
The '3 Words' singer recalled one "nightmare" event where her dress ripped before walking out on the red carpet and she spilled nail polish down her dress as well.
"So I said, 'Wait until I figure out how I am going to maneuver this handbag so that my nails are covered,'" she explained. "So that's how I walked down the carpet. It was absolute pandemonium."
Cheryl Cole is expected to return to the airwaves this year with her third studio album and recently teased fans on Twitter by revealing she is getting ready to shoot the album's first music video.
