The Girls Aloud star met the Queen backstage at the Royal Variety Performance in London.
Cheryl Cole has praised the Queen after the pair met at the Royal Variety Performance in London.
Cheryl performed at the event last night (19th November) alongside her Girls Aloud band mates and shook hands with Her Majesty following the show.
"The Queen is so delicate. She has hair like candy floss and tiny little dancing style shoes .. Awww," Cheryl wrote in a message on Twitter after their meeting.
One Direction, Robbie Williams and Alicia Keys also performed at the concert at the Royal Albert Hall.
Meanwhile, Girls Aloud will perform their first major arena show since their reunion at Capital FM's Jingle Bell Ball next month.
