The 'Under The Sun' singer says she had a friend film the documentary so she felt more at ease.
Cheryl Cole has joked that she "regrets" allowing a friend to film scenes for her new ITV2 special Cheryl: Access All Areas because she often forgot she was being filmed for the show.
The 'Call My Name' singer says she "cringed" several times watching the show back, ahead of it's airing tonight (20th November), and has reassured fans it is definitely "up close personal and RAW".
"I literally had a friend of mine filming so that I would not feel like I had a 'camera crew' in my way and at times forgot myself," Cheryl tweeted earlier today. "I have since regretted this decision at the number of times I cringed watching it lolololol.
"Oh well… It is def Access All Areas. Up close personal and RAW hahaha," Cheryl added.

Earlier this week it was revealed that Cheryl talks openly about her relationship with dancer Tre Holloway in the ITV2 special, describing their relationship as a "special bond", and the documentary is also expected to feature footage behind the scenes of her recent 'A Million Lights' UK tour.
On Monday night (19th November) Cheryl joined her Girls Aloud bandmates to sing at this year's Royal Variety Performance in front of The Queen, and later praised the UK monarch for her "candy floss" hair and "dancing shoes".
Cheryl Cole: Access All Areas is set to air on ITV2 tonight (20th November).
