The 'Screw You' singer is said to no longer be interested in trying to make it stateside.
Cheryl Cole has reportedly given up on her dream of launching a solo music career out in America and has parted ways with her US management there.
The 'Call My Name' singer was widely rumoured to be planning a permanent move out to Los Angeles this year, but fresh reports suggest she is not interested in furthering her pursuit to crack the US market.
"Cheryl had originally brought in a new and experienced team to help her with cracking America when news of her The X Factor USA signing broke," a source revealed to the Sunday Mirror this past weekend. "But it's been two years since she was sacked and she no longer has plans or a desire to make it over there.
"She doesn't have a US record deal and, despite the rumours, is not going to be moving over there," the source explained.

Despite splitting from her US management team, it's believed the 'Under The Sun' star will still be working with will.i.am on her career in the US especially once she returns to the recording studio.
"They remain good friends and were out for dinner in London last week," they added.
Cheryl Cole is currently enjoying a break from the limelight after a hectic 2012 that saw her return with a new solo album and reunite for one last release and tour with Girls Aloud.
