The 'Call Me Maybe' singer also faces competition this weekend from both Calvin Harris and Fun.
Carly Rae Jepsen will be looking to make it a full month on the Vodafone Big Top 40 this weekend with her debut UK single but faces competition from strong new entries from the likes of Cover Drive and Tulisa Contostavlos.
The Canadian singer-songwriter made it three weeks at the top last Sunday (22nd April) with 'Call Me Maybe' while US indie band Fun are still in contention for the top spot after their hit 'We Are Young' rose to number two on the chart.
Cover Drive are back following the huge success of their number two hit 'Twilight' with new single 'Sparks' this week, and will be live in the studio with Rich and Kat this coming Sunday (29th April) to find out where they have charted.
N-Dubz star Tulisa Contostavlos also launched her first debut single 'Young' this Sunday and Rich and Kat will be talking to The X Factor UK judge to find out if she's gone straight to the top.
Finally, Calvin Harris was the highest new entry on the Big Top 40 last weekend when he entered at three with his Ne-Yo featuring hit 'Let's Go' which would also be a contender for this week's number one spot.
