Britney Spears Records New Song 'For My Boys' As She Continues Work On Next Album

The 'Criminal' singer says her latest track will make her children "freak out" when they hear it.
Britney Spears has revealed she's recorded a new song for her two children and told fans they will "freak out" when they hear it.
The 'Scream And Shout' singer has been busy working on the follow up to 2011's 'Femme Fatale' for the past few months and is also planning on new collaborations with Will.i.am.
"I'm at the studio recording a new song for my boys. They are going to freak out when they hear it. So excited!," she tweeted last week.
After sending her fans wild with anticipation, the singer told her followers to keep calm and she will provide further details in the near future.
She wrote: "It's a surprise so keep it shhhhh and don't be grouchy. I'll fill you all in soon ;)"
Britney was knocked off the number one spot on the Vodafone Big Top 40 this week alongside Will.i.am with their hit 'Scream And Shout' as the Bingo Players took the top spot.
The female star has also revealed that she will not be returning to The X Factor USA in 2013 as she looks to focus her attention on new music.
