Beyonce And Baby Blue Pictured Together In Public As Star Unveils New Blonde Braids

The 'Countdown' singer's baby is in clear view during shopping trip to Bergdorf Goodman in Manhattan.

Beyonce unveiled new blonde braided hair as she enjoyed a shopping trip with her daughter Blue Ivy Carter in New York yesterday (18th July).

The outing marked the first time that Blue's face has been seen in public since Beyonce and husband Jay-Z released pictures online earlier this year.

Looking a lot like her father, Blue happily watched on as Beyonce browsed Bergdorf Goodman in Manhattan.

The 'Love On Top' singer was sporting a new hair cut for the trip – blonde braids that echoed her Destiny's Child days in 2001.

The singer teamed her new hair with a colourful print patterned playsuit, as well as huge gold hoop earrings and bright red lipstick.

The now six-month old Blue looked as fashionable as her mother, wearing a printed blouse and pink trousers.

The pair were later spotted leaving the store in New York, with Beyonce trying hard to hide her daughter's face as they climbed into a nearby vehicle.

Beyonce and husband Jay-Z have tried hard to keep their daughter out of the public spotlight since her birth in January.

Bey returned to the stage in May to play a string of gigs in New York, while the Destiny's Child singer also accompanied her husband to the UK during his Watch The Throne tour with Kanye West this summer.
