Amy Winehouse's album 'Back To Black' has topped the iTunes album chart following the sad news of her death.
'Back To Black' was Amy's second album and the album which gained her international recognition when it was released in 2006.
The album produced some huge hits including 'Rehab', 'You Know I'm No Good', 'Back To Black', 'Tears Dry On Their Own' and 'Love Is A Losing Game', all of which are currently climbing the iTunes singles chart.
Within 24 hours of the news breaking that the 27-year-old singer had been found dead in her flat in London, the album had climbed to the top of the iTunes album chart, not just in the UK but also in 15 other countries around the world.
The achievement mirrors the original success of the album which gained 16 international No. 1s and went on to become the third biggest selling album of the decade of its release.
'Back To Black' was produced by Mark Ronson who took to Twitter yesterday to say "she was my musical soulmate & like a sister to me. this is one of the saddest days of my life".
