The '21' singer thanks her fans as she looks back on her amazing success.
Adele has called her six wins at the Grammy Awards "the most incredible night of my life".
The '21' singer achieved a clean sweep at the ceremony on Sunday (12th February), winning all six awards she was nominated for, including, Song, Record and Album Of The Year.
Writing on her official blog, Adele admitted she had experienced mixed emotion since returning home from the ceremony.
She said: "Oh goodness!! I’m absolutely flabbergasted! In between laughing my head off, welling up, needing to sit down and trying to maintain an open fire (which is pretty much impossible huh!?).
"I keep having flashbacks to Sunday night. The most incredible night of my life. Thank you to you all, I am so overwhelmed, it’s the strangest feeling. I have constant butterflies and goosebumps, it’s wearing me out but I LOVE it!"
She added: "I’ve been sleeping a lot but the minute I wake up I burst out laughing and it starts all over again."
Despite topping the album charts in the UK and America last year, Adele went on to claim she thought she "didn't have a chance" at the awards ceremony.
Meanwhile, Adele also scotched reports that she was preparing to now take an extended break from music and revealed that she was preparing to record new tracks.
