Adele Wins Album Of The Year At Grammy Awards 2012

The star makes it a perfect night by picking up her sixth prize of the night and can't contain her emotion on stage.

Adele finished off a triumphant night in perfect style as she picked up the Grammy Award for Album Of The Year earlier tonight (12th February).

The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer was in tears as she took to the stage to collect her sixth award of the night.

She said: "Thank you so much. First of all mum - girl did good. Mum I love you and I'm so sorry you're not here."

Adele also took time to thank producer Rick Rubin who taught the star the art of "control".

The 'Someone Like You' star finished off the night by saying: "Its been the most life changing year."

As well as scooping the six awards she also made her live return performing 'Rolling In The Deep' in what was one of the stand out moments of the night.
